A get-together or phone call will allow us to plan the perfect photography style for your event, and then I get to work!

Option 1:

We mix it up…candids, posed; however it flows!  I promise you these images will stand the test of time.

For small groups (up to five) we create for about an hour, for groups larger then five, we are together for 1-2 hours.  I meet my clients at their location of choice… your home, the park, the beach, downtown, ect.  Together, we will compose images that include several different poses and looks, complete with wardrobe changes.  Post-shoot, and after I edit the assignment, you will receive a disk with images from the photo shoot, and one 8×10 enlargement of your choice.

Option 2:

Shot in more of a documentary style, this option is easy going, and offers a less posed way to get the photos you will love

I offer half day, full day, or multi-day mostly-candid photography sessions with families, friends, couples, or professionals.

Leave your “point and shoot” behind, and let me do all the work!

I’ll meet you at the location of your choice and stay for a while to capture all the moments.  Ideas range from staying home with the family for an afternoon, to following you on your day trip mountain biking with friends, to joining you on vacation near or far!

Whether on-board a vessel at Port of Long Beach, inside a shipping warehouse, in a kayak alongside a standup paddle yoga practice, I’m always prepared for the assignment.  I’m ready for action candids, lifestyle portraits, or landscape stills.  If natural light isn’t available, I am ready with a full studio light set up to complete the job.  As a cyclist (both road and mountain), sailor, backpacker, car camper, and trail runner, I’m enthusiastic about any outdoor adventure editorial assignments.

Additional Details

  • I’m available for both local (LA and Orange County) and travel assignments.
  • Event assignments are two-hour minimum
  • If you would like your guests to have access to view and/or buy images from any type of photo shoot, I can upload them to my online gallery site.
  • For all images given to the client, I will maintain the image copyright, but you can feel free to share with friends, family or clients via email, print enlargements or post (with my copyright) to your favorite online viewing place.
  • Prints, proofs, and photo books available upon request
